My youngest teen girl came home from Bible study the other night super excited about . . .

Artichoke Dip!

One of her leaders had made some and shared the recipe. Of course we had to go to the grocery store and make it the following day!

Here’s what you need:

Large jar of artichokes

3-6 cloves of garlic, minced

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded Mozzerella cheese

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

Artichoke mix

Here’s what you do:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

EASY!

I served it with tortilla chips, but the artichoke dip goes well with French or sourdough bread.

The best part about this easy recipe is that you can make it with your kids! There’s nothing like a little bonding time in the kitchen.

“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
